Looking for a "short" PT-19 carb heat air filter assembly. A member informs me that there are different lengths in the PT air boxes and that a short one could be modified to fit a 1937 24 H model.

I have both diameter sizes of new oleo strut springs for trade if interested.

Here are some excerpts from previous posts on a similar subject. Some thought it was a scavenge pump problem and another had worn valve guides. I'm just parroting what I read as I am certainly not a mechanic.

I recently received a beautifully overhauled right magneto from Savage Magneto, at a very reasonable price.


In speaking with Al Marcucci, he noted that he had a left side SB6RN-10 mag overhauled at the same time.
Al does great work and stands behind it.

Looking for one Warner wheel p/n 3270, 6.50 x 10" for tapered shaft axle, or
a pair of Hayes wheels G-3-145M, same spec.  Have good mechanical brakes, so no brake assemblies are needed.

I called Century and was hoping for a production spring.

I've already got eight springs of the larger size. When I get the exact specifications of the smaller spring, I will have them custom made as well.

Did you happen to note the dimensions of the coil springs. I need a pair measuring 1.75" outside diameter by 7.5" in length for my '37 F-24. I have eight new springs for the later models mentioned in Tom Downey's post. They measure 2.25" in outside diameter.
