'Has anyone powder coated an airframe.  I am considering having my F24w40 bead blasted and powder coated.   I have done it with other things and the coating is nearly indestructable and rust proof.      Thoughts?

'Does anyone know where I can find a wheel brake for a 1940 Fairchild 24W.  It is the drum type brake. The drum I have it is the baking plate that is fixed to the hub, brake cylinder and shoes that are missing.   I can send pictures of what I have and what I need if it will help. MikeT. '

My fairchild 24W40 was STC'd for a Jacobs R755.  The engine mount uses either four of  the Lord Tube mounts part number H-5006-3 or the VIP 120 series mounts. The problem is that Lord and VIP no longer make the mounts.  Does anyone know where these or comparable mounts can be obtained?'
