'Yes, I looped them around the large diameter tube that is right above and behind ones head. I just hade to make two slits on the fabric. Put one end in the One slit go around the pipe and come out the other a slit.

'Simply going on memory, I recall the manual saying that the plumb line intercepted the main axle shaft. Note the info is in the manual.
