Flap Gap
'We've installed the flaps on our F-24 and there is a gap when the flaps are retracted that ranges from about an inch near the root to about a half inch or less at outer end. Is this normal? Will it impact the flight characteristics? I wasn't expecting clam shell tight. The flaps are not origin...

'I'm working on set of wings from a 1937 F-24. The right wing has a nav light on it, that had been green glass. Does anyone know where I might be able to find an original replacement?

'Bob, Thanks for the heads up on different sizes. I'll ask the owner what he wants to do. I prefer using blankets but the owner purchased the envelope before hand. I'm not sure that he knows much about the history of the aircraft, I know that the wings and the fuselage are from different vintages...
