Re: loading pictures

' Very nice pictures, thanks for sharing!  Is the fairing that you have strapped on the fuselage at the front of the vertical stab original metal or glass?  I am in need of one so just wondering.   Thanks!  ---In fairchildclub@yahoogroups.com, wrote: I have tried to load pictures onto my photo album...

Propeller

'I need a climb prop that can deliver the best performance. What prop
manufacture would you folks suggest I use, or is there a choice? I
heard Falcon was a good prop, but can't find them. Thanks! Jay Thomson'

Re: Drawing project

'Hi Jim;
I have a F24R46 that we are trying to get approved for the 200hp
engine. I am looking for a UC61 that has a 200hp Ranger in it so we
can prove to the gestapo (faa) that the mount in the UC61 and the R46
have the same part number. Is yours 200hp? Jay'

Ranger 200 hp approval

'I have found a DER here in Utah that says he is quite sure he can help me with this problem, and shouldn't be to difficult. He said he would make a "boiler plate" for any others who may run into the same thing. I will post the results and forward his name to the President of the Fairchild...

Ranger 200 Approval

'Thank you everyone for your input! It is the Milwaukee Office that we are working with. I purchased the airplane nearly a year ago, but agreed with the seller that I wouldn't accept the airplane till it was completely finished and everything signed off. We are just reaching that point now, for ther...

Ranger 200hp approval

'I desperatly need help. We have just finished a complete restoration an a F24 and had the 175 Ranger upgraded to a 200hp. The faa will not approve it since we can not show them that the military version is the same as the civilian version, which is impossible. If I could come up with just one copy ...

Re: Anti-howl strips on flaps

'Hi Wallace; I just might do that! You aren't to awfully far from me, I'm located in Morgan, Utah, just north of Salt Lake City. I purchased my plane a year ago and will be taking delivery of it within the next couple of weeks. It has just come out of a total restoration. The plane has a total of 60...
