'I have a English wheel on its original stand that was powder coated when new, has been inside my shop for several years, now the powder coating is flaking off and there is rust under all of what came off, my vote is use good epoxy primer and paint, or just the epoxy primer.

'Just thought I’d weight in. I have a Ranger powered 24H model, 200Hp. My cooler is bigger than original, I believe it came off of a Beech 18. The motor, runs too cool, had to block off part of the cooler.
