Warner 165
Warner 165 is taking many pumps of the lunkenheimer primer to get engine started.
At the same time my digital fuel counter is showing 9 gallons per hour when it used to be 10 gal/hr at same power
Digital is correct in its usage
Before it was 5 pumps to start
Primer feels like it is working ...

Cowling
I have a 24w Warner 165. The cowling recently broke a mount that let it slide forward and contact the prop. New prop
The cowling had numerous broken mounts. Not the mounts on the engine but the cowling

Flap noise
My right flap when full down makes a very loud noise.
In reading the original flight manual, it states that “care should be taken to see that th anti howl strip is properly fitted. This removes unpleasant noise if not properly fitted.”
What does this strip look like.

Adjusting points
I have bendix mags on my Warner 165. Looking at points, looks like I need very small wrenches to adjust points. I believe they maybe 15/64, but the fit is not the best.
Manual says .0015 gap. Is this info correct.
