Just looking at the 61370 tailwheel fork drawing, which is a fork for a 10" tailwheel for a PT, the bolt's grip length needs to be 6" and the diameter of the axle hole in the fork is 5/8". I don't remember if there is a bushing in there or not. I don't have a drawing for the 43272 fork that is used ...

Wow Mike. You were about 45 minutes from me when you were at Lee Bottom. Anyway, glad to see that airplane getting flown after sitting for so long.

I don't know about the PT-23, but Brackett does make a replacement filter for the F24 and it isn't listed in their catalog either. GIve them a call, they might surprise you.
